The location of the hotel was magnificent, close enough to walk to everything. Moreover, it's short walk to convenient stores and a festival and the Philippines.

The room was cozy, accommodating with a “ mountain view ”, we loved it. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from Fuente Osmena.

As we remember, there was no restaurant.

the room was reasonably spacious and cool, with free wi-fi. a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe worked well and the bed was comfy. location: the hotel was right by the airport and a festival which was happening in 2 days and good dining places.

Booked the hotel for its favourable location near mall, many restaurants and easy access and transport.

Extra care from the incredibly hospitable staff. Plenty of great food for meals...

The rooms were really cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bed was so comfy, it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The bathroom was a good size, and the hot water in the shower was just what we needed after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I didn't like the rule about no visitors in the rooms after 10PM. I understand the reason behind it, but it would have been nice to have the flexibility to hang out with friends a bit later.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the places I needed to go, including the nearby Ayala mall. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, greeting me with a warm smile upon arrival. Thirdly, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the ones with a "mountain view." It added a nice touch to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
